a solid stay
helpful receptionist great experience easy access unevenness floor unclean carpet broken floor boards
the receptionist was very helpful and nice. she gave us a great experience, so we decided to extend our stay one more night. the location is good, and the tram is easy to reach. the room was clean and warm
the floor carpet felt unclean, and there was some unevenness to the floor. it reminded me of the carpet was thrown over some broken floor boards.

uncomfortable mattress bathroom cleanliness
The bed was not great. The mattress was like a trampoline, difficult to get comfortable. The bathroom cleanliness left a LOT to be desired. Plus, I could smell smoke from the hotel bar all over the place.

convenient location friendly staff good breakfast complimentary water
I loved the location. It's so close to olympia park and a quick tram ride to the city center. the room was sparkling clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. breakfast had a fantastic selection, with fresh fruit juices and delicious coffee, seriously setting me up for the day. i really liked that there was complimentary water and candy in the lobby, a really nice touch..
the pillows were a tad too soft for my liking, but it was a very minor issue!

the hotel has convenient access to nearby public transport stops. the olympic park and the bmw museum are within walking distance, a great feature for tourists.

friendly staff nice breakfast good location soft beds run down room missing baby cot
The staff were super friendly. Breakfast offered a nice selection. The location worked well since i needed to visit the olympiapark .
The beds felt too soft. The room seemed a little run down. The baby cot was not ready when i arrived. I had to ask several times for it.

staff was very helpful and friendly. breakfast was great. good variety of food existed, such as warm food, fresh fruits, salmon, pancakes and so on. the room included one bottle of complimentary water, what i consider good.
mattress was like a trampoline and i felt a bit uncomfortable sleeping there.

the breakfast had fresh juice and pancakes. My room was spacious with a comfortable bed. the air conditioning worked well i slept soundly.
the hotel gym only had limited equipment.

the receptionist upgraded my room, i were so happy. the room were really big and the bed were comfortable. breakfast were amazing. they had a lot of options and even three types of plant milk. i could not ask for more.
